The platform offers you an overview of all helpers in your region who match on your preferred days and times and price range. Everything is well arranged for all platform users: clients and helpers. All helpers work legally and according to the book. No illegal activities and no cash, because that leads to fines and other risks. We want to prevent that and therefore, the helpers work via the Regulation ‘dienstverlening aan huis’.
The platform is easy, because you see an overview of the helpers in your region. In the helper’s profile you read information about the helper. They can add it themselves. You also see reviews from other clients and there are badges. Helpers can earn these badges when they finish (a part of) the screening process. The more badges, the further the helper is screened. Examples are the badge for a completed course and the one for the personal interview by phone.
